Purchasing Info for Adopt an Animal (Tigers - Taj)
Before completing a purchase please make sure you read and understand Adopt an Animal Conditions of Purchase.
- Sponsorship prices are valid until 31 December 2012, unless otherwise specified.
- Sponsorship is valid for 12 months from time of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
- Sponsorship prices are subject to change without notice due to any changes in government charges, taxes or levies. All prices in AUD and include GST.
- All credit card purchases are made through a secure payment facility. The service uses a 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol that was developed to protect confidential information such as credit card numbers and other financial data from interception and hacking. In the unlikely event that you believe any unauthorised use of your credit card has occurred, please immediately notify us by email and contact your bank directly.
- Sponsorship may also be purchased at the parks entry gate and selected locations within the park and payable by cash, EFTPOS, major credit cards at the front gate.
- All proceeds of Animal Adoptions go to the Dreamworld Conservation Fund.
- Adoption of an animal does not entitle the sponsor to preferred treatment or access to the animal unless specified in the sponsorship package.
- Adoption of an animal does not include ongoing entry to Dreamworld unless specified in the sponsorship package.
- Dreamworld does not guarantee the adopted animal will be on display at all times.
- Adoption of an animal does not guarantee sole sponsorship of the animal.
- Adoption sponsorship is non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.
- Sponsorship can not be on-sold to another party or third party for re-sale to customers.
- Dreamworld reserves the right to refuse any order placed for animal sponsorship.
- In the unfortunate event of the death of a sponsored animal, the sponsorship will be transferred to a similar animal.
- Wherever possible Dreamworld will take reasonable steps to provide access to an animal for a sponsor.
- $5 replacement fee applies for the provision of replacement adoption certificates.
