Purchasing Info for Gift Cards

  • Card expires 12 months from date of issue.
  • One x $4.95 Registered Post fee applies to all gift card transactions through the web.
  • Gift Cards are only available for delivery within Australia. Dreamworld/WhiteWater World will arrange delivery to your nominated address. When purchasing online your Gift Card will be posted via Registered Mail to the Buyer’s address provided.
  • Goods cannot be delivered to a P.O Box address. A person must be at the Delivery Address to accept goods on delivery. Anyone at the Delivery Address who receives the Goods shall be presumed to be authorised to receive the Goods on your behalf.
  • Treat this card like cash.
  • Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
  • This card is redeemable for merchandise or services at Dreamworld and WhiteWater World only – excludes purchases online; Not redeemable for cash.
  • Cannot be reloaded; No change will be given but the balance may be applied to future purchases.
  • It is up to you to use the full value before expiry date. Unused balance on the expiry of this card will not be refunded or credited. If purchase exceeds the available card balance, you must make up the difference with another payment method. You are liable for all transactions on your card except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by us or any of our employees.
