Q4U - Virtual Queuing System

Q4U does the queuing for you.

It reserves a place in a virtual queue line for your favourite rides, so you avoid standing in line. Q4U is only available for use at Dreamworld. Learn More about Q4U, Click Here.

Purchasing Info for Q4U

  • A valid entry ticket must be presented in addition to gain access.
  • Limited Q4U's available each day.
  • This booking covers daily hire only. All users must register upon arrival. A $10.00 fee per user, is payable on collection of Q4U from the Q4U Shop.
  • A Credit card imprint or $50 deposit is required for Q4U, which is refundable on return of undamaged Q4U at the end of the day. A valid driver’s license or annual pass will be required to use Q4U.
  • A maximum of six people may be registered per unit.
  • Booking is valid for date indicated on E-ticket only.
  • Valid for use on selected Dreamworld rides only.
  • Height and safety restrictions apply on all Q4U rides. Riders must read and follow all safety notices posted in the vicinity of the front entrance of each ride and upon instructions from staff.
  • Q4U does not guarantee preference of seat or immediate access to specified rides.
  • Q4U will only wait for one ride at a time.
  • Tickets valid for 12 months from time of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
  • All tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash. Tickets can not be on-sold to another party or third party for re-sale to customers.
  • By making this purchase, you acknowledge the conditions of entry. You must read, then tick, the Terms & Conditions box above to be allowed to Add the Products to Your Cart.
  • After completing your purchase you will gain access to an online page confirming your order. You will also receive an email confirmation of your order including your invoice and your E-Tickets. Please print your E-tickets and present them, as per instructions on the ticket, at the E-ticket / prepaid gate.
  • Entry is granted by presenting a printed E-Ticket, a valid photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the above ticket. If this credit card is unavailable, another credit card is required for security.
