  • Children under 3yrs old get Free Entry. Proof of date of birth will be requested.
  • Pass is not transferable, cannot be sold, cannot be given to anyone else to be used, is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used with any other offer. Non refundable.
  • By making this purchase you acknowledge the conditions of entry. You must read then tick the Terms & Conditions box above to be allowed to Add the Products to Your Cart.
  • Your first entry is granted by presenting a printed E-Ticket, a valid photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the above ticket. If this credit card is unavailable, another credit card is required for security.
  • Does not include access to special events conducted outside advertised park trading hours including, but not limited to Screamworld, and Night WhiteWater World.

  • Lost/stolen passes will incur $5 reprint processing fee at time of re-issue.

  • You must present at the pass processing centre by 4pm on the day of your first visit to get your photo taken and collect your official pass.
  • Birthday Club benefits are not valid on first day of purchase or first day of presentation. Pass must be validated before benefits can be applied.
  • Illuminate access: Should the guest be in park for the day, they are permitted to remain in the park for the duration of the Illuminate Light & Laser show where available.
